I know it's summer but finding a school, where they have tech or shop classes and get the students to build it. Talk to a local high school or college, most students are quite eager when faced with a new challenge. I know here many people take the materials to the school and the students love to put their new found skills to good use. Having a pic would be great to show them what you would need or download the video.
