Swollen eyelid after using Neo-poly-bac for two days

My Rhodesian has a swollen lower eyelid after I have been administering Neo-Poly-Bac ointment for two days (initial conjunctivitis diagnosis). It is Saturday and the vet is closed - wondering if there is any advice in the meantime? I am thinking about discontinuing the ointment for now.
