Sweating on bridge of snout

My weimeraner is 10y/o and has thyroid issues. Recently he has been shaking a lot and sweats on his snout. What could this mean?

You should get a full thyroid panel Not just a t3 or t4 so the vet can get a better understanding about what is going on.
