Stuck! Pet door, alarm system... what do we do?!?!?!

Ok. Let's just say we have an alarm system with motion sensers and everything. I also have a nine month old Akita pup and we wanna install a pet door for him to go in the house but there are motion sensers. What can we do? We thought of putting the alarm on stay, but we also need to guard our HUGE backyard and side yard. And also front, but we have security cameras. Any other ideas? We wanna do it before summer. Please help! Thx
