Shih Tzu eye yeast infection? Our 5 year old developed an eye issue which is causing a crust on the skin between eyes

5 years old. 17 lbs. no issue with fleas, good diet, well loved, moved to new place in April same town with a higher humidity. Laminate floor with throw carpets. Pretty much ready to get away from all that medicine as it seems to be causing more digestion issues than it is worth. Also creates a huge dent in my pocket book. This issue along with a cloudy right eye and inflamed paws between toes came up almost immediately after her last annual vaccination in April. Lost confidence in Vet as she has been in for this and similar issues since the vaccination. Will clear up with antibiotics (the eye to some extent) but comes back two to three weeks later. She is on a whole food program with fresh vegetables, brown rice, home cooked chicken, beef and sometimes rabbit. No kibble at all. Please, if anyone can suggest a viable solution I am all ears. Thank you

Give her apple cider vinegar, it should clear her infection up.
