renewing subscription with new cc number

I updated the cc info at paypal. Do I need to update anything with dogster now? I got an e-mail with a link but I was always told not to click on stuff in e-mail so I went to my paypal account and updated my information there but don't know if I need to update something on dogster. I didn't see anywhere to do that. Don't want to get booted off after all the work I've done on my doggies sites!
