Cheyenne

Red female Catahoula puppy names I could consider.

So In awhile I'm getting a red female Houla, but I am horrible at female names. I can come up with male names for days, but that isn't going to help me right now. I know it will depend on her personality, and it just might come to me when I bring her home, but I'd like to have some names in mind before hand. I was thinking Meka but that seems to fit more with a Blue Houla instead, So if you could suggest something that would be wonderful. Just please nothing Like Lady. princess, or Little miss anything. Though those are fine names I'm not really into those kinda names, and they don't really fit a Catahoula. Thank you in advance for taking the time to read and answer my question.

Names we already have so we can't use again
Shay
Cheyenne
Sky

Sorry if this is in the wrong catagory

No no! It's not in the wrong category! I like:
Red (bol), Hunter (I know she's a girl), Whisper, Rosie(great name), Genevieve(Jenny), Sophie, Sofia, Marie, Catie, Penelope, Penny, Allie, Callie, Lilo, Stitch (lol), Felecia (Fe-Lee-Sha), Libby, Samantha, Sam, Sammie, Emeline (Em-uh-lyne), Emy, Maggie, Dixie, Trixie, Scooter, Lucy, Keegan, Hailey, Jazz, Sadie, Sydney, Daisy, Heidi, Bailey, Lulu, Pepper, Gwen, Amber, Meeshka, Annie, Lola, Lily, Molly, Sasha, Shelby, Shelly, Sassy, Alice, Roxy, Ruby, Abby, Celest, I could give you thousands. My favorite's for a Red Catahoula are: Ruby, Red, Hunter, Annie, Shelby, Sophie and Callie. I wanted names picked out too when I got Rosie, but I thought Sophie, or Sadie. I never thought I would choose Rosie, but she made us keep the name! She suits it so well! I'm sure you will know when you see her!
Good Luck! Much Love ~ Allie

Kaiser Casey AKA: K.C.

I personally try to give my dogs a name from their country of origin. You may try to find some french, creole, or cajun names that fit her. since her breed originated in Louisiana.

Some suggestions: Cecile/Cecilia, Emilie, Genevieve, Isabelle,Lisette.

Quincy - CGC

Dakota is a nice name and it goes well with Cheyenne.
Amelie is a little more feminine. It's pronounced AH-may-lee.
Chessa is another "ch" name.
Ginger not very original but still great
Phoenix is a good one it means "blood red"
Ruby = red
Scarlett
Suri means red rose

Good luck with your new puppy.
