Puppy has Upset Stomach regularly...at least once every two weeks?

Hi everyone, I have a 10 month old male lab mix. I'm a little concerned because every week or at least once every two weeks he wakes me up around 2 or 3 a.m. with his stomach growling and making all kinds of sounds (these sounds are VERY noticeable.) He wants to go outside where he eats a ton of grass. He wakes me up several times overnight when this happens. He acts a little slower, just like he doesn't feel too great, and then by around 10 a.m. that morning, he's back to normal with no stomach sounds. He has gotten sick before when this happens. I'm just a little worried because it doesn't seem like it's a hit and miss thing. I can bet on it happening at least once every two weeks if not sooner. Could it be a deficiency of some sort or his diet? Should I be worried?

Have you spoken to the vet about it? They might have some insight. You might try changing his food. He might have an intolerance/allergy to something in his food or treats. If so, you can try a food with less/no grain and less filler. Maybe change to something with a different protein. Good Luck!
