pomeranian puppy has started uncontrolable shaking, panting, and keeps running nonstop trying to stick head in small sp

He wants to put his head in any small spot he can find. I am unable to get to the vet until tomorrow. He is eating a little, doesn't want held, will not calm down.
Could it be something he ate? Could he have been stung by a wasp? We found a nest in our yard?

Call an emergency clinic and describe the symptoms. You don't mention how old the pup is, but tiny dogs like Pomeranians don't have a lot of resources to be able to keep up this behavior. It sounds serious to me, but I'm not a vet.

If you need the number of the emergency clinic, start by calling your vet right now. Chances are his/her office line will have an outbound, after-hours message, referring you to a 24-hour number where you can get help for your little guy.

My pom puppy goes crazy like that when he his nose itches, like when he smells something strong, he will rub his little nose on everything and just run around crazy for couple minutes. But yours sounds a little more crazy, maybe he got bit by a wasp? I would call emergency vet asap.

poor lil guy is sick take him to the doggie ER I agree strongly with that answer that sounds like extreme discomfort and pain signs.
