Pepper

Pepper is vomiting at night for the last two days....

Pepper has been puking at night for the last two days. He can't be hungry as his food (pedigree with some bread and milk) is kept by his side all night. He had recently fallen ill in January ( fever, running nose and vomiting) but had recovered after injections and antibiotics by the vet. His daily routine is the same and he poops and urinates fine too. Please help.

I wouldn't feed him bread and mike. That is not good for dogs. esp. the milk. Good Luck!

If you keep kibble soaked in milk out day and night it most likely is spoiling and causing an excessive amount of bacteria to be entering his system.
I do not understand the purpose of feeding him the bread and milk... commercial dog kibbles are make to be complete nutrition and by adding milk and/or bread you are upsetting the balances formatted by the food manufacturer.
I do understand in your locale better quality kibble is not available BUT adding milk/bread to that pedigree is only making things worse, not better.
If you must add something, add fresh protein sources such as meat or eggs, but again, DO NOT LEAVE moistened food sitting out without refrigeration. It isn't safe for humans OR dogs!
