Okay, Let`s say I wanted to adopt a dog, but its in America. We can drive, but is it illegal to bring a dog into Canada?

What if that dog was a Pit Bull cross? We would be driving into Ontario, and as you may know, Ontario has BSL in effect. (STUPID BSL!) Can you lie about the breed? ;D
This one could pass for a Mastiff mix. I really like him, but he is in Buffalo! I could drive there, but I don`t think they would let us back in!
Here`s his PetFinder profile:

What about in Rochester?
Thank you!

You will have to fly it into Canada.
Then you go through customs:)

Very doubtful they'd allow you to bring him into Ontario.
