My two year old peekapoo woke up paralized yesterday morning the vet says he needs a 3 thousand dollor surgery

I need to know if there is agencys in Rhode island that can help me I have been out of work for a year with heart problems and have no money I have 2 more days or the damage will be permanent and he would have to be putdown he can't feel that he needs a bathroom any suggestion will be appreciated
