My Shih tzu Coco is vomiting her dinner seconds after eating

We have moved into a house from an apartment and she is no longer leash walked I think she s eating grass and things she shouldn't how can I stop her from eating the grass should I just leash walk her

If she is used a leash, and you think she is getting into things, then I would continue to leash walk her. Good Luck!
