How can I help my puppy get his poop out?

If I were you I would take your puppy to the vet and get his anal glands expressed, that might be his problem.

your puppy might have ti much iron in his blood look for low iron formula or take him to the vet and have the vet perscribe something for your puppy

Give your pup some vegetable oil.

Give the puppy some canned pumpkin. I would give the puppy only a tablespoon if it is a large breed puppy. If its a small breed a teaspoon should do the trick. Pumpkin will make the dog less constipated and will have ease when it comes to pooping. If this doesn't work take your puppy to the vet.
