My Pomeranian has lost his fur what can i do about this

Why did he lose it? Did it just fall off? Has he been chewing himself?
Allergies? Something like mange? (Not sure if that can make him lose fur or not.) Yeast infection?
I say schedule at appointment at the vet office.
