If I'm reading your question correctly your stating that your yorkie's adult teeth came in but its baby teeth hasn't fallen out yet. It's common for that to happen with little dogs. My toy poodle had the same problem. I got my dog when he was 2 years old and he had about three baby teeth still. I had the vet pull them when I took him in for his teeth cleaning.

You can try and give the dog something to chew on to see it it will help them come out. I have seen people start to wiggle the tooth just like a little kid would until it falls out.
