My jack russel has a tiny lump on her mussel just up from her nose could she have just bumped it orcould this be serious.?

Hard to say what it is. If she bumped it, you should see it scab or go away within a couple weeks. If it changes colors or grows it could be more serious and she'd need to see the vet. Dogs can also get skin tags although the top of the nose seems like a weird spot for one to show up.
