my great dane gave birth to twin pups. one past. The surviver is only half size of others. will she be normal size?

There is a good chance the puppy may be a "runt". But that does not mean she will have health problems or anything else. And she could be just a slow starter, I have seen it go both ways. My boy was much smaller when he was born, but he is just as big as his litter mtes now.
