My Dog won't stop biting please help!

Hi, my jack russell pup always plays when he does he always bites.I have tried to correct it with let out a scream so it know he hurt me and repacing with a chew toy. But this does not work because he comes back after me chasing and biting my foot/hand and what I'm wearing. His about 8-9 weeks old he loves to be patted when his asleep. I can train him because he won't stay still his a smart dog. Should the biting habits go away when he gets older?

The rule should be, when he bites playtime is OVER, for the time being. If you have to, put him for a little time-out in a crate or a small room for a few minutes so he can calm down.

I'm actually guilty of letting my dogs playbite in the past. I guess it's fine if you're willing to live with it and the dog isn't going to be playing with anyone else, especially young children, but the best idea is not to do it at all.
