my dog was pegnant and she give birth last night , but i think it was too soon because they are really tiny

i think theres only three and she is still whimpering and she wont eat

GET HER TO THE VET NOW!!!
If she's retained a pup or some of the placenta it will kill her!

Agreeing with the others.
And if this litter was bred purposely, PLEASE take the necesarry time to learn about responsible breeding before breeding her again! Your question and comments make it obvious that you only have minimal knowledge, and that only makes breeding all the harder and more dangerous for your dog and her pups.
