my dog seems like he has hart warms what do i do

I'm guessing that is supposed to be "choking"? Heartworms can be fatal if not treated quickly. Choking is not normally due to heartworm but can also be serious. You need to get your dog to the vet immediately either way.

If you have any question that he MIGHT have heartworms, you need to get him into a vet quickly. Heartworms are treatable, but they are fatal if left alone.

Heart worms can kill a grown dog in just a couple of days! Get him into the vet!
If it turns out he does not have heart worm you should get protected against it- you only have to take a pill once a month and it will protect your dog against ALL worms.
