She is ok meeting other dogs but when try initiate play she wants nothing to do with it. On a rare occasion we will meet a dog she wants to play with but most of the time she refuses. Is this something I should be worried about? It could be something as simple as she may not know how to play with other dogs anymore, and finds their action confusing.
