your dogs creatine is high, my dog goes for fluids (they put fluids under the skin. twice a week and has his
creatine checked once a month. His food is K/D
from vet, his creatine wasn't as high. my dog is 14 years old. his creatine was 2.9 , so he started getting fluids 3 times a week, he's doing ok, he's 14 years old. He also has his urine checked in case of infection. When he gets infection in urine he goes on antibiotics. vet said kidneys will never repair but if we can keep them from getting any worse he will have a quality of life. it seems my dog will have to have fluids the rest of his life.
