my dog has woke up with excessive non stop drooling. should i be concerned? he has liver issues

hes had loose stool for a few days. would liver disease symptoms arise that quickly? he is a 7yr old pitbull/lab mix

I have known of people with dogs that had liver problems. Dogs who suffer liver problems do often drool excessively, so I would say YES this related. A change in the breathing pattern is often why they drool. There are other things than can cause drooling; rabies, something he ate, something stuck in the gums, and infection in the mouth. But you mention that he does have some liver issues, so that is most likely what is causing it. I would get him checked out ASAP.
