Maybe. Here are some ways to identify if she is pregnant. 1. Has she recently bred? If so, was she in heat at the time? 2. Have you fed her a lot? If so, she may just be overweight. 3.How long has this been going on? If more then 63 days, then no, because she should have delivered by now. 4.Has a vet checked her out recently? If not, take her to the vet and pay for an ultrasound. That will be the final determination. If you do not want to take her to the vet, invest in a canine pregnancy test. Human pregnancy tests do NOT work.

If she has tied three times then there is every chance she is pregnant. You need to book her in to see the vet as soon as possible.
If she is pregnant you might want to consider a spay/abort if the pregnancy was unplanned, which i'm assuming it was.
