My dog has demodicosis and we've been to the vet who prescribed Ivermectin orally for a month. Anybody know of a topical for the dry skin, patches of no/little hair?

You can use vitamin E oil, but to reassure you..if you caught it early & you're on treatment..the fur/hair will come back. It took a few months for my guy when he had it, but after a bit you can not tell at all where the bald patches were.

Did she also give you a special shampoo? My vet did.
It makes her feel so much better.
