My dog has a tiny lump on her ear

My Golden retriever has a tiny lump on the outside of her ear, the size of a pencil eraser. It's the color of her skin but also has a little black dot on it. It's pretty soft and moveable. It doesn't bother her when I touch it. What could it be?

I would keep an eye on it to make sure that it does not change in size or color. If it gets larger, take a trip to the vet's as soon as possible and have it looked at, in case it's something serious.

If it goes away in a few days, it's possible that it was one of a variety of things, such as a spider bite or another type of bug bite.

Have your vet check her for cancors, it's a hereditary illness in golden retrievers. As long as the vet takes care of it, it shouldn't faze her.

Have the vet check it just to be sure, but hopefully it's nothing.
