Well, i have never seen a scar as you described, sounds sorta serious, but then again, he doesnt limp, but there are probably a lot of things that could of done this, i have just never heard of anything like that.
The thing that gets me is that it wraps around his leg.
That really puts me in a spot, i have no clue as to where he could have gotten it
But yes..... if i were you, i would take him onto the Vet, it might not be just a scar, could be something that could lead to death..... well i suppose a lot of things could do that! But maybe it is some sort of disease dogs can get, there are a lot of diseases out there, and i just think that it would be the best idea to take Gizmo to the vet, that would be the smartest thing to do!!
It probably isnt a big thing, it might just be a scar, but to make sure,i would bring him to the Vet!!!!They would know!!!
As to where i have no idea!!!!!!!

hes gooo but u should wacht out if kids or some 1 raps some thing around his leg
