My dog has a pea-sized bump on his back, purple in color. It is moveable like a wart. What is it?
He is a medium-sized terrier mix, in decent health, approx 14 years old, spends 2-4 hours a day outdoors.

There's no way for us to tell; we're just fellow dog owners. Your dog needs a trip to the vet, who can work to diagnose this. As with people, lumps and bumps can be scary and need professional attention, and the sooner the better. Best of luck!
