My dog has a few little crusty scabs one on his stomach, one on his back and one on his neck,I am not sure what they are.

They are covered by his fur and I only noticed after scratching/petting him.His fur is growing out of them, they are very small. Also he is very itchy,I am positive he doesn't have fleas but I am wondering if these things could be connected to eachother.he hasn't had a bath in a while so i am thinking that may be a factor.

The one on his stomach may be from lying on hard surfaces. The others could be from excessive licking or chewing. If you see him chewing on him self a lot then give him a Kong or something else to chew on. What are you feeding him? Some dogs are allergic to dry dog food, allergic to grains or other stuff thats in low quality dog food. Switch to a higher quality food, (Blue Buffalo, Merrick, EVO, Innova, Wellness) maybe grain-free (Merrick Before Grain, Wellness Core) or a raw diet. Look at dogaware.com for info about raw diet. If your dog has a food allergy or is fed a low quality dry food that usually causes itching. After you switch if he is still itchy then bathe him with oatmeal shampoo, he might have sensitive skin. If he is still itchy after all that, take him to the vet, he may have an underlying issue thats making him itch.
