only people can get passports. dogs are property. that would be like a chair or a car getting a passport.
If you are planning on travelling with her, check the laws for quarantine, vaccinations, breed restrictions, etc for the country you will visit. Make sure to get any proof of vaccinations from your veterinarian.
Check well in advance with airlines. Some restrict animal transport during high volume travel times, or times of extreme temperatures.
