my dog a 3 year old chihuahua terrier mix and she is going to give birth soon but she keeps drinking her milk help

along with drinking her milk she is in love with her toy bone she licks it and she never did this before and we had the bone for a quite a long time and never did this before

Is she pregnant or is she having a false pregnancy? I'm not sure what your asking. Please repost with a question so someone can give you some advice.

Did you take her to the vet for an ultrasound like was suggested??? It is EXTREMELY likely she is already in labor and cannot birth these puppies naturally due to her being a Chihuahua mix.
This dog needs to be examined by a veterinarian and until that happens, you will have only yourself to blame if she ends up with uterine inertia and dies from the puppies decomposing inside of her. I don't know too many people who are capable of doing C-sections at home by themselves, she needs to see a vet NOW, not later, not tomorrow, but right now.
Get off the internet and get her to a veterinarian, it is YOUR legal responsibility by allowing her to get pregnant in the first place. She cannot take herself to the vet and your failure to do so is considered animal cruelty.
