My Boxer passed away first of Nov., my remaining Boxer has never been alone, should we look into getting her a partner?

Sorry you lost your dog. I wouldn't get a dog for your other dog unless your ready for two again. Good Luck!

Absolutely! But make sure you interview prospective Boxers well to make sure you have a good match! The Boxer I rescued was ecstatic when a friend gave me their Boxer that they could no longer care for. Such social pups....need playmates. Check with Lone Star Boxer Rescue or Austin Boxer Rescue.

I would think, are you ready for another dog first. You do not want to rush out and get a dog just for the sake of having another one. If you want one then yes get one. But if you are not ready to move into multipal dogs again. I would wait until the time is right.

ABSOLUTLEY, dogs should never be alone :) Just like humans, we enjoy friends...seriously i would always have a friend for my dog, please get another one for your boxer...he will be much happier.
