My american bulldog gets really weepy and red eyes when hes tired. Is this normal?

I haven't had a weepy or red eyed bulldog. I have had 2 pits and a Boston terrier.
I would say also to look into the possiblities of Pannus. Sometimes, the sun can make that worse.
The vet should be able to examine them and see if that is the cause or maybe an inner eye issue.

I am not sure about the weepyness, but my dog does get red eyelids when he is tired and wakes up with eye goobers like people do. :)
