my 6 month old puppy has very swollen eyelids and sides of her mouth.

she is about 25 pounds. it became swollen in the last hour. the vet said to give her benadryl and watch to make sure it doesn't get worse in the next hour. does anyone know what the cause might be?

she eats fine and is breathing fine

OMG i hope your puppy is ok. When my boyfriend had our english pointer out and about, the dog ended up catching a bee in his mouth which made him swell like you described! Maybe thats what your puppy did.
