My 2 year old rotti's muscle in her head are getting smaller. Why?

There is a disease in dogs, similiar to Bell's Palsy in humans, which causes wasting of the muscles in the head.
It can be treated and usually responds well to treatment, but recovery is typically long.
Please get her to your vet as soon as possible for a proper diagnose and treatment.
