My 1.5 year old pup is a monster on the leash.
She is very chase driven so if she see a squirrel I am afraid I will loose my arm. She won't stop pulling. I have tried the stop method, walk the other way method, and a easy walk harness and she is still pulling A LOT. Suggestions?

Try a Head Halter! I had the same problem with Jack when he was younger and I saw this in the store and tried it. It was the best thing Ive ever used! It looks like a muzzle but its not. She can still open her mouth and everything. But when she goes to pull it leads her head back towards you. Kinda like what they use on horses. It may take a little while for her to get used to something around her mouth but I swear it works!

If you want to know of any good leash manners, paw-mail me.
I like Kurgo Trufit:

I have heard that Aspen is a good harness to walk your dog on. I don't recommend anything cheap to buy your dog.
If she hasn't been trained, this is probably the problem. Paw-mail me for tips on training your dog.

Sonny was not leash trained when I got him a month ago, and is prey driven, and was escape driven. He is VERY food driven - thank goodness.
Try using some peanut butter on a long cooking spoon (yard stick, etc.) to lure her into place and reward her for staying there.
With the help of a leash AND my own homemade head collar and a treat pouch full of his food, Sonny was walking like a pro in a week.
I have the harness, I have a Halti and a Gentle Leader. None of them worked on him because they attached under the chin. My homemade head collar attaches at the back of the head.
I'll pawmail directions/pictures to make one from a puppy leash or one of the freebees the Vets sometimes give out.
Start practice when she's hungry and in a boring place (indoors, backyard). Work on it often even if only for 5 minutes.

Easy collar changed my life...attaches under, across the chest. rather than in the back...which encourages pulling. Amazon has them cheaper than anywhere I found...but make sure someone in a pet store checks it...I had it on my dog backwards, and it still worked!!

Check out www.cesarsway.com. This is the Dog Whisperer's website. He offers great tips and videos on how to deal with different behavior issues. Once you learn the signs to look for, you can begin to stop the behavior before it starts. Look up the section on Mastering the Walk. Many times it is the tool you are using. You might need to switch to a Gentle Leader or the Illusion Collar. Good luck!
