Mixed Breed: What breeds am I mixed with?

Hey there! The name is Dapple and I was originally a pound puppy from West Virginia. Now, I'm a beloved mutt in Virginia.
When I was adopted, I was only six weeks old. The shelter had guessed that I was a beagle mix! Ha!!
Now, I am about sixty-nine pounds... or was it fifty-nine... one of the two! I have long legs, a lean and muscular body, and a barrel chest. My hair is sleek and soft, but feathered on my hind legs and tail. I also have a fuzzy, soft mane. Oh, and webbed feet (though I hate the water)!
So, what do you think I am? My mom thinks I'm a border collie/labrador/hound mix (the hound part because I tend to bay, but mom says I seem to have a decreased sense of smell!). Do you agree?
