Me and my girlfriend just took in a female English bulldog she is skin and bones and shes older so she doesnt have many

The first step is a trip to the vet. She probably has parasites, and other medical issues are possible. I would give her open access to food, as much as she wants all the time. Congratulations on your new family member!
