Masses can be cysts, any number of benign tumors, or sometimes they are cancerous. Some require removal and biopsy, and some don't. Fatty tumors, or lypoma, are common in older dogs. The fact that it's movable is a good sign. To be sure, you should take your dog to the vet. Best of luck!

My older dogs had the bumps also. Like yours, they were moveable. Mine turned out to be fatty tissue. But the only way to know for sure , is to have it looked at by a vet. Good luck
