Jack Russell puppy has an abnormally large and bloated tummy?

This morning we got a baby Jack Russel, +- 8 weeks old and he was super small. However, 5 hours later his belly is looking ABNORMALLY large and bloated. I didn't see him eat anything, but I am not the owner or responsible for him. I took some photos, because I am quite concerned and he looks unhealthy.

could be worms..or something worse. Totally agree..get this pup to the vet asap. Any delay in getting a puppy treated can turn deadly in a heartbeat
