Is this car sickness?
My Puppy cries and gets real excited when we are in the car. She will not be still and if the window is down she tries to jump out of it. Also as soon as I open the door she tries to run out. Is this motion/ car sickness?

This doesn't really sound like car sickness to me. While a lot of dogs do cry and act nervous in the car, most of the time car sick dogs also show other symptoms - such as throwing up or diarrhea.
I'm thinking that in your case, getting your puppy properly acclimated to riding in the car may solve the problem.
First, there needs to be some type of restraint to keep your dog safe in the car. Either a crate or a specially made dog seatbelt should be in the vehicle and restraining your dog so she cannot get hurt in case of an accident. Get her used to being in the crate or wearing the seatbelt restraint before taking her on a car trip using the device.
Second, work on making the car a normal, positive experience for her. Start by going into the car and just sitting in it with the engine off. Then start doing short trips. Always reward her for being calm and well behaved.
Excitement is not unusual in dogs riding in cars - nor is excitement to get out of the car. (Yay! A fun new place!)
