Is Syndey an ACD even though she has lots of white on her?

I have been unable to figure out if she is a blue heeler or red heeler and did see some grey heelers but she has white and lots of it on her

Awfully hard to tell from just one small picture. My guess is Heeler mix though. Maybe mixed with Australian Shepherd, that's a pretty common cross in ranch country.

Some Heelers have a lot more white than others- they are all born mostly white, and the roaning/ticking fills in as they age. Some become nearly solid, and some stay lightly spotted.
