is neosporin ok for my dogs conjunctivitis in the eye?

No..not for conjunctivitis. Has he seen a vet? They will do an eye stain test & give you appropriate meds. My guy got drops..but I can't remember the name of the drug...it was a few years ago.

Read the label... it clearly states "Do Not Use in Eyes".
That sounds like a NO to me!!

Definitely not. I recommend using PETfection Eye Wash & Cleaner for any eye issues. It is 100% Organic and Non Toxic and is excellent at getting rid of the gunk and clearing up infections.
