If he isn't, then what is my chihuahua mixed with, just wondering :o

There is no sure way to tell.

He looks like a "deer headed" Chi, and very well could be pure breed.
Many Chi's are over sized, which is more healthy than the undersized dogs.

i think your dog might have some rat terrier in him. i can tell by the big ears. i dont think she is purebread.

He doesn't look purebred. He looks like a Chihuahua/Rat Terrier mix.
