While a small piece every once in awhile would be ok, it is not good for him to have too much or too often. Basically you are giving fat deep fried in fat. How many orders of deepfried butter would you eat? Too much fat can lead to several health issues & damage the pancreas.

Well I know I am quilty of eating chicken skin. But they say it is not the best thing to eat. But once in awhile would not be so bad, but I would never make it a huge part of the dogs meal.
