Is my dog prentent if it has a black spot on it.But my dog is fix.

Do you mean PREGNANT, as in, with puppies on board?

And what sort of black spot, where, never heard of any such thing? If you have a female dog and she is 'spayed' or 'fixed', then she can't get PREGNANT.

A female dog can't get pregnant without a male dog who is not 'fixed' to mate with. Dogs do not mate unless a female is "in heat". A female in heat has drops of blood and swelling on her rear end for about 3 weeks. You'd notice it.
