Is a 8 month old Dalmation considered an inside or outside animal? When taken out he wants to go inside quickly.

A dalmatian's short coat and lack of undercoat is not suited for living outside.

They need to be inside. As a matter of fact, I do not beelive any dog should be left outside in the weather. They all should have someplace warm and out of the weather.
