She's gorgeous!!
I'd say she's got some whippet or greyhound in there, but maybe a very small amount. Her mother or father could have some of those breeds in them and still have one or two others each, so it's hard to narrow it down.
More pictures would help.
In the second picture, she looks very much like a Pharaoh Hound!

I'd say more likely Ibizan Hound than Pharaoh, although it's a possibility.

You may not ever know what breeds your dog is without knowing what breeds the parents are. Sorry to burst your bubble, but your dog "may look" like breed X and breed Y, but that doesn't mean she is any of those breeds.
My friend has a dog who looks like a boxer, but the parents are Jack Russel terrier and American Bulldog. You cannot go on looks alone. You cannot assume.
I was "judged" to be a pit (most likely a mix), and the pit experts with the local rescue/group in town say that I am a greyhound/pit mix due to my size, stature, and build (not to mention my incredible speed). Who knows. Only my DNA can tell me. You could do a DNA test, but those are inconclusive, and each one gives you different results. You will still be looking for answers.
Question is, does it really matter? Other than curiosity and wanting to know why certain behaviors may be present and how to correct, just love your dog for who she is. Regardless, Sammy is incredibly adorable!

Definitely some type of bulldog with those body markings. Our American Bulldog has similiar circles. Maybe some Jack too. Hey, we could all use some Jack right about now! CHEERS! :)

If I were to hazzard a guess I would say I see Ibizan Hound and possibly Italian Greyhound. Possibly a little Jack Russell Terrier

I definitely see a little Jack Russell. I had thought about DNA testing too, but at $75 a pop and possible not a correct match I had decided to choose the two breeds they look the most.
The most important is Sammy looks well loved and taken care of. He seems to be a happy dog.

Too cute! I couldn't tell you what breeds Sammy is but a way you could know for sure is to get a DNA profile. You can get one done through www.wisdompanel.com.
I hope you can find out what Sammy is!
