I live in Corinth,ms. Does my dog have to be on a leash as long he is in my yard

The law requires your dog be under control at all times. If while not leashed, he leaves your property you are responsible for any damage he does and may be fined for allowing your dog to wander.

So, if he NEVER, EVER leaves your yard, okay, no leash required.
